Diku Travels

We planned for 4days and covered Pelling, Ravangla and Gangtok..we booked Diku travels through travelsetu.com Our experience was good.. the place were we stayed it has breakfast included but at Pelling they provided Breakfast very less quantity..But one thing we didn't liked is..We informed Tv not working because I have 4yrs old kid he was feeling bore at room but no one tried to help to resolve it. We faced this issue at Pelling & Gangtok.
Driver bhaiya was good & helpful..very well mannered.

Great experience with Diku travel from Day 1 to day 5. The provided hotel rooms are so good and the view outside was mesmerising. The service was so good and cooperative. The travel cost was also very much affordable as compared to the local rates. You should definitely try a trip towards north with this agency. Thank you Diku travel for this awesome trip .

On the day of arrival, we had already informed the travels and driver about our arrival time at Bagdogra Airport (4:15 pm) but on the first day itself , the driver got late and came at around 5:15 pm.. so we had to wait outside the airport for 1 hr. That was a really bad experience for us.. but Mr Rakesh Chhetri was kind and supportive throughout the whole journey… Everything was silky smooth till day 6 .. when we arrived at pelling.. the hotel which Mr rakesh gave us was really bad (hotel rufina swagat- pls avoid this hotel at pelling).. our whole trip of joyful memories got ruined in the last 2 days.. otherwise it was really great in Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung.. we encountered no problems whatsoever.. all hotels and drivers were good… the driver showed us all view points …
Just because of last 2 days i am giving 4 stars otherwise i would have given 5 out of 5 stars..
Mr Rakesh was really caring and he kept saying sorry for the inconvenience we had faced at Pelling hotel… if anyone is reading it.. you can definitely book a package through diku travels.. just check reviews of hotels first before booking them and try to include breakfast and dinner in your hotel stays!

It was really a good experience with Diku Travels, From Day 1 to Day 5, the stay at the hotels were really amazing and the most satisfying one. I personally loved the Lachung Hotel stay. The drivers who assisted us were really cooperative and good. Leaving only a demerit, the meals during the road were disappointing and very costly, i would advice everyone to carry some dry foods with them during the journey.

Coming to the price concern, please don't get into the trap of brokers outside the NJP Railway Station, you could trust to Rakesh Chhetri Bhai for the price at which you are booking. The whole booking was worth the price, we visited all the places as they promised in the booking papers, not a single sight was missed.

Coming to the behavior, you would be really pleased, the way they are always available and polite, even at 2:00 AM, Rakesh Bhai was assisting us. And that was really appreciable, but on day 3, there was a driver named Mahesh, who misbehaved us many a times and was not at all polite, that should be checked.

PS:) I would recommend everyone to go with package which include foods, as those are really really costly at Sikkim.

Diku travels, had done a great job in arranging every small things which resulted in a smooth and fun trip.
No hassle at all and the coordination from Mr Rakesh was really good from the start till the very end of the trip.

Had an amazing experience with diku travels.They even respond to mid night calls.
The hotel provided was nice and hygienic.
The only setback was the driver assigned for the last day , he was extremely rude , ill mannered , bullied us by taking to a local food center who gave a 20rs meal and charged us 180 per person.
Overally had a great experience from diku travels u can trust them blindly , they provide genuine service at affordable cost.
Don't get trapped by the travel agencies at the railway station,they can make your trip miserable by saying honey coated words.

Had a wonderful experience of travel via Diku travels. We were total 9 persons, Mr Rakesh and Ms Taruna assisted us even planning of of our daily tours in Darjeeling and Gangtok on day to day basis. Even when we requested for some modifications during our trip they have accepted our every request. End to end trip was well managed starting Siliguri till pakyong airport Gangtok. Mr Rakesh was helpful and was very responsive. Ms Karuna was looking after finer details of the trip and made it suitable according to our needs.

We planned our entire trip with Diku Travels, very glad for the service recieved. Our package was customized as per our needs, hotel selection and itenary was flexible and revised as per our need. Karuna from Diku travels was very helpful and guided as throughout the travel plan. The car provided was very comfortable. The driver Mr.Mitra Gurung was fabulous. He was very patient and drove through the valley with outmost skill . Mr.Chettri did not let us down everytime we called him. He was available throughout the journey. The travel pass, zero point pass, nath lu la pass was all arranged in advance, we did not face any trouble. I would recommend anyone planning a trip to Sikkim /Darjelling to go with them . Handsdown an awesome experience. P.s :We were travelling with our parents and needs like hotel rooms on lower floors , hotels with lifts were entertained and honoured.
