This is to inform you that no reply received from you regarding earlier complain lodged till date. We had arranged tour with 'Country Club Tour-Durgapur" to Kerala from 17/12/2014 to 30/12/2014 where it has been known to us that the tour programme was conducted by your manager Mr.Dhar along with Mr.Sanjib Dey, where total mismanagement experienced by us. No sightseeing covered in any spot by your operators, besides which there was clear cheating done by Mr.Dhar and partner regarding boating in 2 sites there. failing to receive any reply within short time from you the matter would be brought under notice of higher authorities including "Consumers' grievance forum" and to the tours/travels association with valid proofs and documents for remedy.
We demand justified compensation from you and your co-partners in this matter. The total case is being circulated among our circle to aware them against such cheating and to avoid your company having so called "Goodwill" for conducting tours.

very bad service do not book in this bus it take 22 hours from kolkotta to siliguri , they have no first aid kit , they dont listen or help any customer.

Airport pick up by a/c travera Rs 1500(actual fare1000)
Airport drop by non a/c maruti omni Rs1200(actual fare 800)
Package includes north and south goa only a few common place excluding the places you would like to see..!
Behaviour is sharply downwards will surprise you.(joker type behaviour)

very worst experiance.its take approx 28hrs from kolkata to siliguri as the driver and helper delibrtly slow the speed.thr is no perticular halt.the journey with this travel on 22nd jan"2020 is very horible.worst travel i hav evr seen..
