I wish I could have good experience with company. But sorry to say I did not have good experience with company although mr lepcha is nice as a person.I was going to book my parent's booking for 5 night and 6 days in some well known cab agency in north east but after talking to him , I changed my mind . Although quotation of well known company was on the lower side .Even itinerary has been shortened by Mr lepcha as compared to other quotations by convincing me that it will be too tiring for my parents . My parents could not reach on first day of trip due to last minute cancellation. Mr lepcha told me that they can not give me any refund as driver is poor guy although driver has different story to say ( He was engaged full day in some other booking due to peak season). But that is fine as trip got delayed at my end. I lost around 3k for one day delay. He promised me that services will be great to compensate that. But sorry to say except first and second day, service was not up to standard. The cab provided was not in good condition and drivers asked my parents to pay parking fee everywhere. Also I paid him 2 k extra for adding lamchi in itinerary which was already there in other service provider in lower price. On last day of trip when my parents had to travel to Siliguri from Gangtok but Mr lemcha convinced me that there is huge jam and parent should start as early as possible. They reached around 12 pm at Siliguri and had to wait for 4.5 hr at bus stand . The driver was so rude that he dropped my parents almost 1 km before dropping point arguing that his car will be damaged. They had to walk almost a km with heavy luggage. So guys this company is good for short visit but you can not trust this company for longer trip.

We went to Kalimpong in the holidays of Durga Puja, at the time of festival when there was so much rush of people. It was becoming difficult to get taxi that is when we found KPG. The person is very friendly. He customised our sightseeing tour. The drivers are very polite and punctual. Loved the experience. Highly recommend.

Quite good but they charge +500 to +1000 extra than any other cab service providers, which is something wrong in my opinion, as cars condition and cleanliness is at same level. I would recommend to check with other vendors before confirming their bookings.
