Love all about it...Had two trips with them in 2018 ...Gujarat (Gaurav) and Doars (Santu da) ...Great experience...Caring attitude, good food, compact tour and nice cozy stays....All arrangements done well, travel cars were also good and on time, reasonable rates.....Had some issues with train tickets in Gujarat trip but the trip was amazing...Will travel more with Samrat even in 2019...yuhuuuu!!

Andaman trip was a horrible experience. Provided extremely poor hotel at Portblair though in their broucher, they mentioned good hotels. Corridor and rooms in this hotel were having foul smell . For providing AC rooms at hotels at Havlock and Neil, they have taken huge extra price. Food quality was very poor and same menus were repeated every day.Though mentioned but did not provide lunch in the return day. Flight was at 01.55 pm.

Recently visited Assam and Shillong.. Awesome tour.. Tour manager (Debashis) is very polite and helpful.. Taken care of everyone properly. The food was awesome and palatable... Allover a nice trip

First, I want to give 5/5 stars to the travel agency for their great accomodation of fooding , lodging and transport facilities along with their humble behaviour. Each and every employee of this agency is prompt on their responses and punctual on their work. Our managing host Mr.Santu Chakraborty is a very responsible n fun loving person who had made our tour joyously awesome. Not only that but also i found him to helping and caring each and every person of the tour far beyond his professionalism. Therefore,I recommend you,to give a chance to Samrat Travels to make your tour better among all the competing agencies in the market. Wonder more! Travel more! Lastakavista!

This is a most worst travel ever I have seen in my life. They're completely fraud but nothing else. There is lot of miscomittment with fooding & lodging by Mr. Avik Halder. We have just reached home from our Sikkim Trip with a terrible experience. Everybody knows that north Sikkim was closed due to natural disaster and total Sikkim weather was bad & routes are disturbed with landsliding. So we have planned to stay in Gangtok only. But they insist to go West instead of North in this bad condition to recover their money only. When we refuse to go anywhere in this condition they started to avoid us and even they couldn't provide fooding & lodging there. We have arranged all that by ourselves. Some people got sick due to terrific journey but they didn't have any responsibility. We are suffering a lot with this travel. Now we are planning to take a legal action.

My parents attach your Samrat Travels members in last 4 years except covid-19 duration. But this year (2022-23) "Kerala Tour" 18th Dec'22 to 31st Dec'22 is very unorganized programme,higher tour package cost against of leading tour operators.Tour manager person have zero knowledge in this area but person behaviour is good.
And one suprising your organisation is more than 26years but sir please answer to me
1)your manager booked a alleppey boat without toilet ?
2)Why did you send a crazy person?
Now your Samrat Travels add a memorable Kerala tour(2022-23).

Worst services. Fraud no 1.

Terrible experience with this travel agency! They made a lot of promises that they will provide good foods, lodging etc but they never kept their promises! Personally I will never recommend this travel agency to any one.
