The Travellers' Hub

I tried Traveller's Hub for the 9 Day tour in Sikkim/Darjeeling and I found the Owner Sunny to be very sincere and honest. While most part of our journey was nice, we had a a bad experience on one particular day because of the driver(that's the reason for the 4 stars...if not, it would be a perfect 5!). What I appreciated most about Sunny was the ability to own up and make good for the lapse (even though he was not responsible in any way)...this speaks volumes about the service levels they have. The follow up and the transparency from him was incredible. If you are looking for a credible and a bankable travel agency, go for Traveller's Hub....reason being Sunny!

Difficult to find, friendly, but couldn't help us with train tickets.

Very bad experience. I was traveling with small kids and parents.
I booked car for 4 days through Abishai and on all the four days i got different car with different driver. On the last day the car suppose to leave us from Darjeeling to Bagdogra airport. Our drop-off time was 1:30pm, we left early and have communicated to Abishai that we’ll take lunch in middle. We entered the city 11:45pm but the driver refused to stop for lunch. He also misbehaved with my dad.
Also, Abishai called me and my husband continuously in mid night to make balance payment before the drop-off. The driver was so arrogant that he left our luggage on road when it was raining. Very very bad service. I asked for some refund for all this mess which there driver created but the company refused to refund.
