We hired two bikes(pulsars) from here with deposit of just 2000 rs. Bikes were in nice condition. We returned bikes 1 day earlier than paid for. But they returned our remaining difference of money. People were kind, cooperative and well mannered. Thank you!

Worst.. don't get into the trap.. this guy is fraud.. he committed for Innova for 2 days.. and send i10.. when called, he was like that car is punchered and this is all I have on 2nd day.. and started shouting when asked to reduce the overall charge.. worst guy at the counter

The men who sits at d counter has no manner to talk,he simply wants to cheat people, he told us to wait fr 5min and we waited for half nd hr for bike nd whn v askd fr refund he completely denied nd start abusive language i suggest u people not to trust him and dnt go at his place

Just pathetic service. I pre booked a two wheeler for the next day, and when I came for the vehicle the next day, they said that they are getting the vehicle in 10 mins and asked me to submit my ID card. So I submitted my ID and came after 15 mins. When I came they said that the vehicle has been given to someone and said sorry. What a pathetic way to treat customers.

We hired this bike for Rs 1300 full day
But they gave us a defective bike... From the beginning this bike's gear is not working properly. We told him, but he behave like a monkey with us... It's a request to you all don't rent any bike or scooty from this place

Amazing host but bikes were bad they need more maintenance. They also need to improve room quality as few plug points are broken, inadequate heating. But this is the place if on budget and located on the most happening place in Darjeeling. Food from cafe is bearable but can improve. I highly recommend meeting the host as he gives genuine advice but check your bikes before you rent them.

One of the worst travel office in Darjeeling .We booked a bike on the date 2.11.2021 for 7.11.2021 when we came on the date we didn't get bike , they said us that we stopped providing bike for locals ,we have no bike they cancelled us ,and they said we will give rents only for tourists not for local ... The main point was that they received lots of bookings and now they are unable to provide the service as their promise , And when we reached the office at 10:30 am we have to wait for 2 hours. and finally they totally ignored us because we are locals In that time I realised we locals have no values and no respect ..... They are worst at all , NOTICE : SIR if you're agency can't handle huge bookings then stop promising to customer and people that you can provide the rental bikes etc. They can manage from another place..

This is the one you get close to the mall road. I got a ntorq from the place the service was good and the price is reasonable.
The scooty was problematic but fixed it quickly
