Me and my friend had taken them in guiding us for kedarnath trekk for which she had clearly mentioned that two pax will go up by trekk and come down by helicopter and two will go and come by helicopter, to which he said that is possible and when we went at the helipad area they informed us that whoever goes up by trekk has to come by trekk, and the Mr. Kawal the owner of this firm completely denied saying that this cannot be the case. Then the thumby aviation people said yes they can come down in helicopter and the next day they also sold our tickets and denied our 2 friends down via helicopter. We had paid for to and fro for helicopter, which was 9k per person and still they denied us down. They have no rule as such that they do cannot send them down, but the mafia there of the helicopter community were so rude that they denied and our friends had to walk down the trekk. Mr. Kawal on the other hand blamed us that we did not inform them abt anything to which my friends shared all the screenshots of msgs exchanged with him and that he had agreed on it. It was very unprofessional of him to say and do so.

We booked Kashmir Package ❄️💥💥from 23 Oct- 27 oct 21, and we are very happy with the Services 🌹🌹and the quality of Hotels 💒💒we stayed in. 🥰From Khyber Gulmarg , to Taj Srinagar & Super luxury Houseboat all were top notch properties. 💥💥The Transport service of Car for the internal travel within Kashmir was very smooth from timely airport transfers to Sightseeings. 🌹🌹Overall I will rate HS Travels as 10/10. Thanks HS Travels for arranging such a 😍😍memorable family trip and would like to use your services for our upcoming trips as well.💥💥🌹🌹

Awesome trip. HS Travels has done everything to make this trip memorable. When all resorts were booked Mr. Kawal himself ensured that we get the best accommodation and Safari too. He was always available and guiding. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful experience. We were properly guided throughout. Everything was arranged prior to the event. The package was the best, including our flights, vistara airlines and we got to stay in one of the best hotel, ITC GRAND. The rooms were perfect with a perfect view and food was also great.
