R S Yadav Travels

The trip started on 2nov, 2018 at 7pm from mayur vihar extension metro station near gate no 2 and It dropped the allahabad passenger at phaphamau and no arrangement were made for the passenger to reach to allahabad. Also the bus operator asked us to de board at 5AM at phaphamau at time when no other services were available. When we were asking with the bus operator or the driver to how to reach allahabad they were not responding properly. Very unexpected behaviour from rsyadav travels. I felt like I will not use there service again and also not recommend to anyone. I will also give similar feedbacks for rsyadav travels on Google as well as redbus website.

3rd class services , i hv no words to share my bad experience in rs yadav bus.. request you all pls switch to another option instead of RS yadav bus

Booked non stop bus from Delhi departure at 9pm to varanasi arrival at 10:30pm
I am writing this review in prayagraj city still in the bus and the time se 12:25pm but still I am in prayagraj
Very very very pathetic service , used this bus 2nd time and this was a great lesson for me to why not to choose this bus
It was better that I would have taken any govt bus service atleast besides comfort that would have made me reach at time

Horrible travel experience ever, lack of water in toilet, uncomfortable seats, as described in RS Yadav App, nothing is there, will never suggest anyone to travel from this

Behaviour of bus driver and conductor is very rude and there is no stoppages for dinner between Delhi to Allahabad.
I hate this bus service.

Worst service, not committed toward the time line, full possibility of loss of baggage or booked package 😕 😢

Staff behaved very rudely when I asked him to keep my luggage properly. He even just throw my bag down & told me to keep it by myself, never expected such behaviour by RS Yadav Bus services. Also I purchased such an expensive ticket of ₹3200/- & in return I just received a half litre of water bottle. I am traveling in RS Yadav since 2017 & earlier the bus service used to provide water bottle of 1 littre with juice packs & snacks. Felt very bad of buying such an expensive ticket.
Even in train they provide proper food just in the cost of ₹1750/- Vande Bharat Express.

Bus was broken down ....deasel was not available to move on the bus .... It get stuck in the mid of highway .....Very bad experience first and last time.
