I contacted through Google, I was not sure about the services, because rate was lower than other cab provider.

Well, we arrived 5 minutes before our pick up time, waited 40 minutes and never saw the driver. We sent texts to the driver and his boss along with emailing the contact we had. We couldn’t wait any longer so we arranged other transport. The email response came 20ish minutes later, after we left (50 minutes after waiting) followed by subsequent emails saying how we are untrustworthy, if we can’t afford to make phone calls then we shouldn’t be traveling, etc. I asked him to stop contacting us but he continued. My suggestion is to just go to the busiest street and arrange transport at the time of need. It was a cheaper price, friendlier people, and guaranteed to take you to your destination.
