This is my second time of booking the tour with them, must say very professional but with personal touch. They customize the tour as per your preferences and requirements... looking forward to many more trips with them.

Very nice service the trip was arranged in such nice way that we totally got tension free all hotels travelers were really good special thanks to subhro who has helped us in all possible ways and his dealing with us was very nice like a family .Thank you DCT we will surely choose you for our future trips .

We a group of six people, all Sr.Citizens, had planned a south india tour i.e. Bangalore, Mysore, Coorg, Udupi from 29th Nov. to 3rd December. From the 1st day we encountered a very bad experience with a (TT)Tempo Traveller allocated to us for the full tour. We asked the agent to book a 10 seater TT and accordingly charge for that. But he booked 14 seater TT which cost us much higher than the 10 seater TT. The driver designated for this tour neither speak in Hindi nor English. It was very difficult for us to communicate with him. The TT was AC but he randomly switched on the AC only after our repeated requests. On our way from Coorg to Udupi for few seconds driver dozed off and he banged the TT with a stationary bus. The TT damaged severely and due to this all the passengers got some injuries. After that I contacted the agent to provide another TT. He provided another TT after two hours but he compelled me first I had to pay the full balance amount after that the remaining trip would be started. I had no other option but to pay the full amount. After payment I had been informed that the new TT was non-AC. We travelled more than 100 kms without AC in a very hot weather of Udupi. The Agent promised me that in Udupi he will arrange another TT with AC. But again there was same problem. The driver refused to switch on AC. Again after heated arguments with Agent he refunded me Rs.2000 which we had paid to the Driver to start the AC.

The hotel provided in Mysore was not good. It was situated very near to the main road. Throughout the night there was noise of heavy vehicles. The hotel in Coorg, the Magnifique Coorg, was also on the main highway. I think both hotels were very cheap, nobody booked that hotels because only we three families were staying there, the whole hotel was empty. The breakfast provided in Mysore hotel was purchased from outside in a Combo Tray and served to us. In Coorg hotel, we had been given only one Water Bottle in each room for two days. They said that they are giving only one bottle of one litter only at the time of checkin and if we need more, we had to pay the charges.
I may not recommend this Tour Operator to anyone.
