Sri krishna travels

One of the worst experience. They just pick you up in a crowded bus and drop you off. Dont have enough space in the picking bus for your luggage. Once they drop you in Lakdikapool, you have to wait for the bus standing on the road. The buses are always late. The price we are paying for bus is too steep for the service we are getting.

This was my first review in all my years because of privacy concerns. Just think of how bad the service should be, for me to come out of the shell and post this review. Also, this review will act a reminder for me to never book this service if I ever forgot this experience.

Extremely poor service. They don't care to inform about any change in bus timings.My bus was initially scheduled at 745 pm to Bangalore which was then rescheduled to 9:50pm without informing. And on reaching their office at Lakdikapul, they informed the bus will arrive only by 11:30 pm.Horrible service.Every number you try to contact, they say that it's not their responsibility to inform the passenger. I booked this bus seeing a 4+ rating in redBus.Not sure how did they even attain the 4+ rating.

I have booked to bangalore sleeper bus they helped me right bed for me , bus is very neat maintenance good , could enjoy trip seeing a movie.I booked even return ticket also same travels. Driver and his assistant have very good helpful

22 July , i booked non AC sleeper , they took me to rajendernagar starting point in a pickup van, they changes my berth to ac coach, i felt suffrcation, and i don't have chance to cancel

Worst office with no basic amenities
No water and washroom for passengers

More over the attender won’t respond for questions and simply ask people to call customer care

Worst experience I've ever had. Spend Rs. 2500 for a ticket. Bus broke down in the middle of the way. They switched to a another bus, which also charged us. They assured me that Sri Krishna Travels will refund us. They ignore me when I call, saying things like "wrong number."

Don't chhoose this travels drivers are worst no proper eminities ridiculous 13-1-2023 met with accident due to drunken driver

Worest travel,at uppal bus bearing rods are gone.from there we shifted to some other bus.And those who are going to chintlapudi this is not recommended because it is not going to straight.All the routes they will cover
