Most terrible forex experience with you guys at your Lakshmi Plaza Gachibowli Besides to Furniture City center. I asked for some SGP bills and sent all the required documents. To validate my authenticity for being Indian, I resent my passport.
Arun Reddy's response was he was too busy to attend all the other customers that he did not have time for my request even after explaining initially that my travel was in 2-3 days. I had sent some emails to check but no response.
Called him back yesterday, and he said he did not get a reply back from the respective department. Is it my duty to check for whether customer's query is resolved or not? It is your representative's duty to ensure all the customers are satisfied.

The prices are comparatively better than their competitor(COX and KINGS), but staff are too dumb and they don't support payments thru NetBanking/IMPS banking or Card Payment or any other instant modes of payment. Not suggested if you are in hurry and wanted to get your travel done immediately

I got expensive rate for dollor exchange. So that manager also kinda does not listen to you if you want to negotiate.

The agents are clueless on the requirements and their own services. Not expected from a global brand like Thomas Cook. Not recommended.
