They provide forex exchange for almost all major currencies from/to Indian Rupees. You can book online for an exchange or just walkin. This is the nearest branch to the RGIA, so I have preferred this. I suggest you to keep all the docs and proofs ready along with originals. Generally takes 20-30min for the process if booked online. Ms Harshitha handled my transaction at this branch and was helpful to the need. This was my first ever foreign exchange. They even give receipt that helps us with customs. Overall it was a good experience.

Currency card issuing experience was good
But when I wanted my inr back from the card they issued which they already verified all my entries.
They asked me to come to the office show my passport again and then transferred my money back to the bank
This could have just been done over an email as I am already registered with them

Very bad experience with Thomascook - Worst support from Service Quality team::

Thomascook team failed in arranging VISA on time as assured(knowing that its less than 15 working days between VISA slot and travel date which is the standard time for Schengen VISA) and we couldn't travel as planned for our fist Wedding Anniversary as they cancelled at the last moment. Now they are wrongfully charging huge cancellation fees with no fault of ours. On what grounds are we held responsible for late arrival of VISA/cancellation!!?

Approached the Service Quality team since then but there is no prompt reply. They are penalizing us without even speaking to us directly on our case. They terminated their employee who was held responsible(acknowledged their mistake) but not returning our money. They haven't detailed the particulars of the charges yet, they haven't shown any bookings on our names till date. Our user profile on their app is still empty!

Apart of these charges we have additional Loss due to their incapability: 15 Days Leave each(for my Husband and myself),
Valuable Time and Money in running around the Managers to their offices, Chances of getting Schengen VISA approval for next booking

Feedback on Thomascook Services:
1. Better communication with customers: Timely replies and having regular connect throughout booking process
2. Coordination amongst teams internally: better case tracking to avoid risks
3. Timeboxed customer support by Service quality team: open concerns should be answered within a set timeframe(3 days/1 week/ 1 month)
4. App: Sadly there are no package details yet reflected on our profile on Thomascook app. Its blank yet even after 4+ months of our package booking.
