Driver behaviour is like local goon. I have booked a seat in semi sleeper in window side (around 1000 rs per the ticket). But they allocated the seat to another guy and argue with me to choose the seat one which is not have recliner and leg room. I traveled a whole night sitting like travelling in a ordinary govt bus.

Even the driver not ready to explain why this seat change. He simply said just sit down if you want to travel

Driver & another person both are very rude and misbehaving with customer.. 9th October I'm traveling ( today on d way to Coimbatore) . Both people using bad words that passenger totally disturb.. We r also affected that argument and problems... pls take action..just teach how behave with passenger...

Worst experience... They told that they will reach Coimbatore by atleast by 7 AM but it reached by 9 AM only.. Unwantedly using different routes. Going inside the town of most district... If your plan is to travel inside the town then plan accordingly and give the estimate time to reach Coimbatore from chennai as 9 AM. Don't give false promise that you will reach by 6 or 7 AM.. Pls don't think that only you people are working and as if others are just wasting their life.. Time is important for everyone... Pls don't suggest this travels

Timing and friendly staff in the bus. They are very flexible in assisting passenger needs... really Good keep it up...

driver behave rudly .. they come late for 1.5hr .. seats are very bad condition ..

The driver don't the route and he will shout at you . The seats are not good.

Almost 3 hours late to the boarding point. Worst experience.🥴🥴
