KPN Passenger Boarding Office Nava India

Pathetic service. Never on time and rude staff behaviour. KPN loses the trust and never again will I board this bus.

Except the bus comfort on the newly added Volvo and Scania fleets, KPN as usual known for the delayed boarding.
The travel office is quite compared to the omni bus stand or any other boarding point as it's 150mts inside the main highway.

Good big parking place but difficult if person coming walking especially for females at night time when most of the buses leave. Waiting area good but no free water and all fans also not working.

Heard KPN is good service so booked it. But always around 30 min to 1hr late. Also no intimation of being late. Kallada far much better in that sense.

Good spacious one. Even if get there much earlier than your boarding time also, no problem. You can walk or watch tv with your family members. You can recharge your mobile. Small shop in front of you provides all you want bananas etc. overall positive.

It was a bad office and not responding in an good manner and there were no air conditioning system in the waiting hall and even fans were not on while sunny days.and path inside the office is too...bad...i have posted the photo of kpn coimbatore to hyderabad ac sleeper.

Dedicated pick up point for KPN buses. They have a waiting room, toilets, ample parking space and a small tea shop. Of course they can make it better.

What happened guys once you are the Pioneer in transport service but now you are no more. Cleanleness inside the bus is so bad.I have travelled couple of KPN bus recent days and had a bad experience.half the way at midnight they asked passengers to get down from the bus and change to another bus. In a way it is bad for family, kids and women .we don't know why they do at the halfway stage and AC bus so dirty and they charge premium money. It is unprofessional way of running such a big corporation?.KPN is the pioneer and they showed others how to run transport business high-class and efficient way .what happened to all this management ethics and professionalism now?

Is there is any negative star which goes to -10 will be better to rate. Guys please avoid to Book KPN service as they are popular for irregular timing and they never bother about customers. I waited for 2hours to get pondicherry bus. Waiting room is with full of mosquitoes. Dont spend money on KPN worst service ever.
