Just had an wonderful Bali trip. Emperor travels made it an wonderful experience. Everything has been arranged perfectly from departure days dinner till arrival. Mrs Nayaki followed up with everything and made the booking and travel hassle free.

Mr Vishnu Vasanth na, such an wonderful person, felt like our family member, guided us politely and responsive in all the situations. It was a group of 46 members with Children, girls and elders of 70+. Everyone felt safe and relaxed throughout the journey.

Not interested anymore. The staff member whom I had interacted with didn't seem to have much subject knowledge. Also while she was attending to us, she started attending to another customer who came much later than us. We waited for her to return to us but she kept herself engaged with the other customer. We waited for more than 15 minutes and as she "did not not have time" to attend to us, we just walked away and got our work done by another agency in no time!!! Suggest the management to give their staff an orientation course on how to deal with the customers pleasantly and inclination.

This is the second time we are traveling with emperor travels we should say it's was a wonderful ,safe and happy vacation for us . Our tour guide Mr Arokiyaraj was the main reason we choose the 2nd trip with Emperor he is such a patient and kind person who expects nothing in return but does his duty with love and passion , The vacation was packed with sight seeings he didn't waste time nor disappoint us, also he took care of each and every person in the tour well . Looking forward for more such budget vacations with emperor travels and Mr Arokiyaraj (healthy Raj😉) . Good job guys 💞 not to forget the food,stay , travel and sightseeing wr perfect ❤️

Worst customer service! A staff from the agency calls me randomly after 4 years and says I have a back log of payments. When I clarified them that the payment was done before purchasing the tickets. Another staff says there is a confusion with the accounts. What is going on and why do they want to trouble someone who is not even involved in this situation, that to after a very long time.

Our trip to bali was so so memorable and had a great time with all our co- travellers. Thanks to emperor travels Mr. Vasanth and the entire team. A special mention abt our guide Mr. Arogyaraj, who was with us leading the trip beautiful. This trip gave us so many memories and friendship. Bali etched in our heart forever.
