Worst experience in SRM..bus breakdown in middle of the night on 28.01.19..between the road near to vikkirawanidi- travelling from Chennai to thanjavur. Got down from bus at 2am and standing on the road with kids till 6.45am...nobody picking up the phone from SRM side and driver is the only one no one was there to help...no water kids were crying...have they be in the situation with their family in the road in the midnight? So pathetic don't go in SRM bus anymore....it's not safe and if anything happens no one will come till they get up from the bed.very worst experience i have ever had. There is no rating beyond 1....rating should not give this SRM
