Bad bus maintenance. Beds are dusted and the bus is full of mosquitoes. Screen rods are falling down, lights aren't working.

Definitely I wouldn't travel in this bus again.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I traveled in the same class SRS a day back, it was MUCH better than this.

Ensure that you pack perfectly before you send any items, don't be pathetic and helpless by sending items with out prior packing and planning.
Always check and recheck the price by destination specific than mere set of distance guidelines.

Very worse behaviour. One of my parcel was lost and they were not at all responding properly or attending the fault.
Worst service.

They are stealing costlier items from our parcel... Unsealing and then sealing with duplicate tape

Very worst service… Because spend money for get broken goods. I am send my Activa 125 from Cuddolore to Pollachi, cost of 2100 rupees. I got my bike with damages. I am so disappointed. KPN service send every message contains (ANY DAMAGE NOT FOR CLAIM). They are handling the goods are very worst. Waste of money….

A pigeon would deliver it quicker.
