I'm wondering how this travel can get 5 star ratings from few people (probably the workers of kurunchi travels)
Just to share my experience, I might walk for 250 km rather than booking ticket in this travel. Worst behaviour towards customer,no proper update of change of pick-up location and most importantly no-one from the bus will pick up the call for any queries.my humble request do not book tickets in this travels.There are plenty of other travels which treats customer in good way.

Never ever book this travels!!! I booked AC sleeper bus, it got breakdown inbetween and they arranged spare bus non AC seater. Called management team about this and they were literally saying "ishtamna athula po kashtamna irangika"! People paying money has rights to question and people getting them are responsible for answering that on these situations.

12.08.2022 i had travel date. from Ashok pillar to namakkal at 10.55pm Then Reach Namakkal At 10.00am this was my worst journey in my life. cost ticket around 2100 vvvvv poor service Ac not working,No hygiene bed bad smell ,no room freshener,three more time stoped bus passenger not happy to that ac ,meanwhile no ventilation wowww Thanks to Kuruchi Travels

One of the worst bus service.booked seats from chennai-namakkal and namakkal-chennai. They cancelled 2 times at the last minute stating AC problem in bus. Always they run the bus when the seats are full. If not they will cancel it anytime before departure saying AC problem.. If they cannot run, why do they accepting bookings or they can clearly mention that "we will run only if seats are full". Passengers will not book this bus and get into trouble at the last minute. Never book this bus...

Kurunchi travels is very good travels , I called personally and booked the tickets and got the prices cheaper than online booking like redbus, Goibibo and make my trip . Also if it’s through call no gst was paid . Very good travels , will travel next time for sure and will recommend to others

Worst bus ever🙁charge was 1350 karur towards chennai service very bad.no conductor,pillows &bed spread in sleeper rain water coming inside incharge person is irresponsible

If there is a 0 star rating, I would give that instead of giving 1 star. Very very worst experience. They have cancelled the bus at the last minute that too we got to know from others. No proper email no proper intimation about cancellation. Atleast customers should able to reach them easily. Whenever we call that travel agency. Its not working. Worst experience. Money also not refunded. Dont ever book this travels

One of the worst bus service.they came 1.15 minutes delayed.still bus is not moving from electronic City phase 1.Not sure when am going to reach pandichery tomorrow.
