This travels doesn't have permit inside Vellore. Also my bus was cancelled on the day of travel.

Bus journey s fine but they r not maintaining time at all. Their contact numbers s also not correct. If we called to vanpickup contacts, call s going to somewhere different region driver's number and they r not guiding and answering us properly, how irresponsible they r, and not willing to help others. Plz provide correct contact numbers & boarding point in details followed by proper landmark.

They won't maintain the time nor they give respect to customers concern. I have booked a ticket from vellore - with service number OTT-3020, Bus is late by 1 hour and even after asking multiple times their only response is - Orange travels is supreme authority we will always run 1 hour delay, if you don't want us- get down and go through other travels
Also my bus was cancelled on the day of travel.
