Best fradulent service of india .....u by yourself beg ur circle to give google reviews to u ... woah ... this travels used to earn money by cancelling trip on a trip day, and they give assurance to customer that the refund ill be initiatd in hours ,simultaneously they will update redbus that the alternative travel is been provided to passenger... but at the end of the day , no alternative arrangement,no refund is been initiated whenever u call he will say its been processing the money which u paid is been processed (is been spent) by operator.
