NS Apsara Travel Agency

It is in maruthi complex located at walkable distance from new bus stand. I boarded ksrtc fly bus from this pickup point.

Worst travels...last minute cancellation and poor response...no alternative and making us wait till 12 at night... responding to new ticket booking and making us wait saying the bus is coming...

Ns apsara travels staffs attitude was good. But I have booked ticket in Renugambal travel bus there is departure timing is 11:45 PM, but bus came NS apsara travel at 12:50 AM. The bus timing is too bad.

Very worst experience which I never had before... booking timing and pickup timing is different... they have not dropped to my destination...

I booked for volvo but they boarded me in normal ac bus

Very worst place for their package trip.... They are not provided the quality food in their hotel especially while on tirupati trips... Even small hotels also preparing good foods but they stopped a motel in near tirupati which is very worst.... Even passenger ready to pay for good food they are not provided.

Really I am saying!!!
We booked nearly 10+ times...
We were booked the tickets worth 14000. At last day due to very heavy rain, tirumala itself asked passengers not to come. But absara travels denied the money saying we have to inform 2days before for cancellation...they asked us to come to tirumalaa even not safe and denied to give a single penny!!

Really worst service! They basically don't have humanity...

After 1 week apsara travels arranged tickets for us and we went to tirupati. Thanks

Collected Rs 550 excess when compared with other operator for the same bus and same service. Very bad. Collected Rs 3500 where as Selvam travels for the same APSRTC tirupathi package costs only Rs 2950. For the same package in the same bus in the same day. Apsara charges extra. Others are as per APSRTC which is as usual good.
