Parveen travels Customer Lounge

Good waiting place and also have good Air conditioning inside the waiting lounge. Staffs very friendly and behaves like a friend. So Parveen travels customers feel free talk with them. They have good drinking water also.Happy travelling.

The place is a bit smelly and has a lot of flys in it, you won't be able to sit.. the AC is available for the people who only work there and it's directly above their head .. but still you know, it's better than sitting outside..😅😅

Good support by the staff, I was just a minute late, the staff was kind enough to stay behind and help me board. Normally, these situations make the passenger tensed and with the traffic around the staff behavior would worsen the scenario. Really appreciate the way the staff handled the situation.

Seat was not comfortable, delayed boarding, rest stop was not good. AC was good but they won't provide blanket's if we get cold. Overall, frm my view not good. Bad experience.

Worst ever, during this summer people are suffering from sunlight,when the customer comes at 3pm they not even bother to switch on AC or Fan,simply keep the fan for them and they are chatting. 3.30pm Chennai to tanjore bus worst I can say, pls better changes AC to Non AC. Worst travel ever I had.. never ever come back to this travel again.

Especially Rest Room, A/C, WiFi,
Restroom and Restroom Maintenance are also Good.
