Respect and response to customers is good. But seating and water facilities are not offeted.

Buses are great and prices are cheap during weekdays
Mon-thursday but prices go up from Friday to Sunday

4 star is for customer handling

People are verry good , my bus time was 11:30 at night but I came there 8 pm for rain , and I asked them can I wait here they to told yes and given 1 cherry and I kept my loudge safe also

Not able to find the boarding place or the bus station .asked many people no one knows where it is .also tried to find the place in Google maps no results on this location . tried calling to KPN several times no one picked the call.only thing available online is booking ticket. I don't know what people going to do after booking tickets from this travels.

No charging point, comfortness of the seat is average, no light and no punctuality. Overall poor service.

Takes 4-5 days for home delivery better receive at the office

Some fake call came for payment.
Package was damaged.
