Very worst behaviour and customer service...The courier agent jegan was cheating customers by getting extra money from customers for packing ,loading and unloading charges and demanding extra money during delivery....Most importantly there is no security for customers things ....They will casually say it is usual that things will damage during transit

Very poor in handling things. Lot of my meterials are been broken. I like the speed of this parcel service. Must be careful to handle things.
