They are the wost currency exchanger i ve seen in my entire life. Cashier try to rob me. Nd he lied me about the rate. Plese ignore these people

Recently I approached them for my aged mother-in-law's passport services. They filed her application and charged Rs.500 as their service charges. They did not do anything other than filling the application form that too just copying the clear details provided by me. They did not advise what documents to carry , what documents needs xerox are any other details. We faced lot of problem at the passport office running here and there for xerox copies and other documents. This agent is clearly after money. My advice to others please font approach these agents. Getting passport is very simple. You require only you Aadhaar. Fill application on your own and pay the required money. That is it. Don't go to these agents.
