SRI RAJALAKSHMI TRAVELS & PARCEL SERVICE

Dear Management,
Sorry for writing this opinion. Pls advice the all drivers, when the passengers was told driver to pass the urine he could not care that. Now I m stay above 1 hours nearby waiting a driver. I lost my sleep and have a tension. At a same time mobile power plug is not on upto 3 am.after request a driver it will be on. I m your regular customer.min 4 times per month traveled u. Your transport bus is super, pls secure to maintain that from passengers.

I have booked bus ticket through redBus from Chennai to Tirunelveli in raja Lakshmi travels to be travelled on 14.8.2019 , at 10.30 pm. I have booked one month prior to the journey itself. In last minute, they cancelled the bus ticket. So that they can refill the bus seats for higher rate in last minute because of high demand.

Very worst service....

I never ever committed this kind of worst journey in my life. As I need to travel from chennai to my hometown and I booked my journey in Sri Rajalakshmi Travels on 16th Nov 2020, As per my booking my boarding point was Porur but it's was to far from my residence so I called the travels contact members and told them to my situation and changed the boarding point to Vandalur. As per travels contact members statement the bus will arrived at 9 PM so be there before that and myself also booked the cab and on the way to Vandalur on that time duration. I got a call from the bus driver at 8.50 PM and they said we moved from your boarding point as you are not there so you have to come Singaperumalkovil Reliance petrol bunk as we will fill the fuel from there. As per my conversation my boarding point was Vandalur at 9 PM then how can moved the bus at 8.50 PM without prior intimation to me and ask me to come near Chengalpattu Singaperumalkovil. I would say it was a worst journey and there was no safety precautions in the bus as well.
Please review and do me any favours in the future.

If you want customer first approach, you should not travel with rajalakshmi travels. It's just a courier van not passenger centric bus. They will board the passengers and stop the bus on their hub and load their parcels and not even cares about punctuality for dropping their passenger

Came on this bus from Chennai to tirunelveli. So first of all the upper seat in the bus is literally small you can't sit straight if you're a tall person and I left my specs on the bus and I immediately called the driver's number and let asked him to secure it. They told me I can get it back on the same day and I've sent ppl to get that back continuously on three days to their office in tirunelveli but they said they haven't got it in their hand. And the driver I spoke to him was not even bothered to give me a proper answer he was like yah yah you ll get it once I give him. So careless and I'd not choose this bus again

Is it ok to load heavy luggage on top? Are passengers safe?
