They don't inform you whether the bus has arrived or not. Today I might have missed the bus if I haven't come out and personally ask the driver. But it has good waiting area.

Staffs are responding properly and humbly . Accessibility is also easy . Problem is they don't have restroom facilities and they are asking us to use the restroom in the restaurant across the road.

This is a regular landmark for people who is taking Omni private buses to traveling outside Tirunelveli. Here they also do bus ticketing and passport application. This office also used as a waiting office for the passengers who taking Omni buses.
