Thomas Cook

Very poor and pathetic customer service. The staff who spoke with me was very rude and while filing VISA application forms I had to correct him on many places which was very unprofessional. I would definitely not suggest this place to any one I know.

I recently visited the Thomas cook T Nagar office for Visa purposes.
They made me wait for more than one and a half hours for simple inquiry related to visa. I patiently waited till the time they asked me to come for the inquiry counter.
While reaching the counter, I thought of speaking to the good support person to address my Visa related queries.
But what I went through was completely different from the expectations that I had in the first place.
The customer representative was totally ignorant and completely rude to the question we asked.
First, we asked about the visa process. While speaking to us, he spoke as if he was an immigration officer.
I thought money is their main goal for the Thomas cook. He told everything in short answers with a bad attitude
Is there any rules in Thomas cook, that after getting money only customer support person can talk.
If so please avoid the inquiry counter itself. The Thomas cook completely fails to keep check of their customer support person's behavior towards the Clients.
I don't like people who speak with a bad attitude towards the customers.
I left the place immediately and wasted my two hours of my life who are not able to answer the simple queries related to visa.
Which was readily available in the google itself.Not able to give zero because 1 star is the last rating available.

This is the worst place to go for something as important as visa processing. They will make you wait, a lot. Everyone including the security will show bad attitude. They will talk and behave like know it alls. They started with the opening line to my visa enquiry as "I doubt you will get your visa". I went to a local consultancy and got things done in an hour. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

Very unresponsive for queries. They do have professional but very difficult to get your queries resolved. Very much disappointed with the way they attend the calls and helping us. I got tremendous response from another visa service in Chennai and they are very responsive and helping our queries till the end. Finally my wife got the VISA. Highly disappointed with Thomas Cook.

We had booked Leh,Ladhak tour package. Had a pathetic experience from the beginning. They forced us to book air tickets claiming a group tour was available on the dates which they gave. After air tickets were booked, they said group tour is not available and took ₹25,000 additionally for individual trip. Tour co ordinator Ms.JAYNISHA SOLANKI was UNFRIENDLY and NOT RECEPTIVE. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY TRAVEL INFORMATION or FOOD VOUCHER throughout the trip. LOCAL CO ORDINATOR Mr.SANDEEP didn't even meet us the first 2 days after landing in LEH. DESPITE PAYING FULLY BEFOREHAND, WE had to spend for our LUNCHES. WE WERE SCHEDULED at Different hotels in the itineray but were made to stay in worst places without any facility. Would NEVER Recommend trip with them. MR.SANDEEP and Ms.JAYNISHA SOLANKI are UNFIT to be in this profession. HIGHLY UNETHICAL.

I would not suggest this when using Forex or wanting some foreign currency in my case Australian $$. I gained $500 by getting Australian $$ elsewhere.
