very sloppy and inconsiderate. they live in a dreamworld that visas come within 5 days when official rules clearly mention a
MINIMUM of 20 days . When things go wrong, they make it worse by making it a blame game of where they are not at fault and only the customer was at fault. this is for clients who have been with them for several years and pay on time and give them least trouble.

Visited here first time for enquiry about US tourist visa. The agent attended was so judgemental that he decided that I'm impersonating as tourist and seeking my way into US and was going on and on about odds of getting the visa considering my age. Very arrogant people not at all helpful. Waste of time.

Service has improved a lot after making representations. Let them keep the good momentum
