Mr. Joseph from Prim rose is a very good person to deal with. This was the first time I was going to ooty with our extended family. a group of around 20 ppl. He arranged a bus and a very good driver at a reasonable rate.

Great Experience. I found them by browsing online. I read the reviews and booked them without any hesitation. True to the review they were very good. I also availed their cottage facility. Neat and clean rooms and the location was awesome. Hot water facility was available. Home made food provided on order. The car provided was good. The driver also had good knowledge of the places we visited. We took a trip from Ooty to Mysuru and got dropped back at Coimbatore.

The driver was very punctual in pick up and drop. He was well versed with the places.

Driver was extremely un co-operative. Tried to extort money by showing us a few places and saying we were the ones who saw the places too early. He was extremely rude and impatient, and drove rashly. Showed us a few closed places and called it a day. Good way to scam money out of tourists. Don't trust this scamming lot. You're better off renting a car from Coimbatore and driving on your own or taking a bus.
Ruined our day by talking extremely rashly as well.
