Very worst!! Initially you will feel that, "Wow, they are speaking very well. Air fare is little low and representative are so fast" but once you booked ticket and if you want to cancel or reschedule, then you will see their real face. They are charging additional fair for them for cancel/reschedule. They are earning money from that. Also for booking, you should send scanned copy of your credit card.

FRAUD!!! - Google rating is 3.7 but in the representative email signature, they mentioned as 4.6.

Once you pay the fare they will ask you to deal with the airlines and wouldn’t do any service so better book by yourself or choose other services

Worst customer service and the travel agents doesnt have knowledge. They booked my ticket through canada and I couldnt travel as I was not having visa for canada. The agent said that this is hidden stop and doesnt require visa. From the airport when I called the travels they stopped responding me.

Never book your ticket through this travels to save 50-100 bucks

citiair is most unprofessional guys on planet. I booked ticket through citiair and later upon cancellation they never refunded my money. They kept on saying that i need to contact air india. Citi air is cheater. please don't buy from them.

Their staff leis . They booked a round trip under COVID-19 ravel restrictions and later refused to refund and even attend to call made. Never ver book with them . I have filed a law suit against them . There is no senior responsible management staff to address the issues.
