__________ service worst experience ever . I was given my boarding point as nagapatinam. But they called me nd said that"bus will not come there nd ask me to come to vanjur 15 km away from nagapatinam. Nd the timing my actual timing is 9:30pm but the bus arrived time to vanjur is 12:30am. Nd they had a discussion for which way to proceed for coimbatore. Like Kamal said don't put word in my mouth.
Two days before also my frnds had a same situation. They booked the bus at 10:30 but they boarded at 1:30 am . Don't ever go for this travel in any situation. This travels makes the situation worse.

Worst Service ! The curtains were shabby and tored... Seats are uncomfortable... Cost was too hugh

The bus got crashed in between had to change the bus to a local non ac the bus management is. The worst 0 humanity... Waste of money

Worst bus service no cleaning, no hygienic no charging point , I'm not interest to giving to 1 star pls don't waste your money book any other travel

No staff approach and service is very poor. Further if contacted the No which is informed to the customer No response even contacted 100 times. If this status continues we will approach the court to get compensation

Bus Routes offered in various important sectors, even big bus service providers does not run their bus, this is appreciable .... But, Very Confusing ... Bus Comes late ... Authorised number doesn't Attend your calls ... If you search in google, then all the contact numbers are of Coimbatore ... Every branch in Google maps having the same Picture of Coimbatore Branch .... Charger Point Does Not Work ... If the service is improved, Universal travels Would be TRULY UNIVERSAL IN QUALITY ....
