Very bad service they have lot of things to work upon. They just charge you a heavy premium and ask you to do every work, I just went to apply for tourist visa the assistance they gave me was really bad, response you get from them will be very late (it's hard to follow up with them) , and they are very lethargic on the services (when I asked for the documents they filled on behalf on me and sent it to embassy, their reply is like- we did not take back up , when i asked for the visa application bill recipt(which I gave them after getting it from visa office)- their reply is like we cant give you that because they submitted it somewhere --(makes no sense to me)🤷‍♂️ and lot more issues. With, Airlinks we had holidays planned when I was small kid their service was really really good (they assist you anytime of the day and response was quick and the service was best) , now they are not like before👎.. Hopefully they improve.
