This travels deserves 0 stars, last sunday we were to travel from Erode to Chennai, the bus was faulty and stopped at many places to correct it without even a mechanic. There was smoke in the bus due to some fault, the AC was switched off at the same time, we would easily be choked had we not protested to stop the bus. The bus was abruptly halted midway at the middle of the night with no alternate bus arranged to ply to chennai. We had to beg with passing buses to drop us in chennai. We paid 1000rs per head for this nightmarish experience. Worst ever travels. This should be shut down.

The worst bus I have ever experienced. Bus os not at all premium. But they show images as premium bus like volvo,scania. I have booked seat no 18 but they have registered my seat as 19. Worst customer service and I'm so distressed over the behaviour so dont book this bus.

Air Zone Travels India in Erode really helped my family and me out. We had to book a last minute ticket from Erode to Chennai for 3 people on Christmas Day. They were quite accommodating even though they were quite booked. This location is run by a lady who was empathic and did her very best to get us on the next available bus. We also had some issues with our credit cards, but they were patient while we resolved it.

The buses were clean and comfy. It was an overnight bus so I slept throughout the night but we arrived in Chennai at reasonable time. They had both single beds on the right side and double size beds on the left. If you are traveling by yourself, I'd recommend to book the single bed unless you want to share a bed with a stranger.

Overall, very good service by the family that owns this location and the bus ride wasn't too bad.

They don't deserve even a single star. However if I don't select then I won't be able to write comment. Even govt bus service will act like a human. These drivers are so ruthless and keep adding passengers inspire of knowing that the actual capacity is already over worst interiors. Even they request the passengers to adjust and sit so that they get to enjoy the commission and money they get by adding unaccounted passengers Claim to be A.C. sleeper but you can still enjoy moving your hands out as sundown won't close worst bus service and never should anyone opt for this.

Very very worst service and drunken driver
All of passengers are stopped bus at same boarding point.
After we asked to this owner about spare driver ,they do not have any.
He reply very pathetically.
Per man 1600 Rs highly fare for erode to Chennai.
I don't know why these kind of people doing business like this.
Here more children and women here.Redbus and airzone travels don't have responsible on these people .
When vehicle started they driver was misdirectly driven the bus and make accident with electric wire .
Then he can't steady the steering on backwards the bus. In erode point driver doesn't noted bus side luckage door .its too damaged due to road divider.
We are wasting 1 hr time

Worst experience while yesterday I was travelling from Chennai to coimbatore. Fiercely i was dropped in perundurai bus stand.Driver said me due to cut of belt. No compensation give and no arrangements done to travel coimbatore. Ticket amount collected Rs.600

Chennai to salem Your bus travel is very worst in travelling. I had booked ac sleeper but ac is not working, no charger fesilitie. Iam travelling 2nd time in your travels, but this issue is same time repeting

Why i am saying like means. I have a bad experince with airzone travel worst human being i never seen.. one young meet with an accident infront of bus we went to help him but the owner said as if the time exceed you move on the bus dont wait for anyone we just in front of bus only but they left us ...the ate force to spend us more 400 rs to reach the bus...

Please guys dont support dnt kind of owners to grow up in their feild

Please its my hearty request plz dnt travel in airzone hereafter
