Aarti Tours and travels sikkim

Our North Sikkim holiday was perfect thanks to our driver (also tour guide & car dj) Mr. Phuchung Bhutia. Very happy with his cheerful service and really impressed with his excellent driving skills, especially the way he got us back to the airport on time for our flight!
Will surely connect with him for our next trip to Sikkim.

Very nice. The driver Rinzin which they provided was very professional and friendly, and from the time of pickup till the end, he handled the tour very nicely and in a very professional manner. We visited nice spots. It was a hassle-free, overall pleasing experience. I would recommend anyone to use their tour services you won't regret.

We had awsome time in Sikkim. 7 days in this heaven on earth are unforgettable. The trip arranged by the team was very comfortable and hassle free. Our tour partner was very polite and friendly. Also, he recommended few local places to have good homely meal. Overall the trip was wonderful thanks to Aarthi tours and travels team!!!!!

Had to call many times for Advance paying, Bill recipe. This is not expected from a travelers group. Seen msg on WhatsApp about our query but didn't reply to it after seeing the msg . Overall it's okay but many things are there to look after.

Arati has arranged the tour as per plan in case of car arrangement.Driver Khusen is very kind and funny.He is a very good driver.But the owner of Aarti needs to be more responsive when client message him or call him.

Be very careful while making advance to this agency. They aren't transparent at all. If you want to book their cab don't pay advance money. Don't worry for Cab option in Pelling. You'll get plenty of other options in Sikkim for Cab service. In fact you can easily get Cab at much cheaper rate after reaching Pelling.
First of all at the time of booking in telephone they told me they will send receipt immediately after receiving advance money to my email or what's app which they never sent because they are not registered to Govt of Sikkim I believe.
Before booking they lied that there is fixed rate in Sikkim by Sikkim Government for Cab service, so I booked them after making advance payment of Rs 5000/- as per their demand. But I got much cheaper rate from others.
Then comes the real headache while I requested them either consider the rate or cancel my booking. They said ok but they didn't refund my amount till my journey. they start ignore you once they get advance money. First they said they would refund money after 3 days. Then they start ignoring your call & messeges. Then after continuous call & message after 10 days they told to refund in cash when I reach Pelling. But I was not ok with it, I could smell something fishy. I told them repeatedly that what's your problem in giving refund in Google pay? As I had given them Advance in Google pay, but they refused to answer & continued ignorance. I was not ok to confront them in Pelling to get back my refund amount, that would spoil my holiday.
So I was compelled to come to a term with them to take the lift from Siliguri station to Darjeeling. It's pathetic!
Here too they lied me. They took Rs. 5000/- ( my whole advance amount) for this while in the Driver told me that he got 3000/- for the trip.
So, be very careful with this Tour agency. Better to avoid them. There are plenty other options. Atleast don't pay huge Advance amount. Never!
