The owner Jordan is a very nice person. He helped us with two tours: North Sikkim and Tsomgo/Changu lake. Where some other travel agents were just interested in taking money from us for the North Sikkim tour. Jordan was the only one who actually said that we can't take our son (6 yrs old) to Gurudogmar lake.
We got stuck in a hail storm on our way back from Baba mandir but he had arranged a good car and very nice drivers for us so we came back safe. He also suggested us local places eat and shop. If I travel to Gangtok again, I would definitely ask him to arrange tours for us.

Was in Gangtok for 4 days with family. Bishal arranged all vehicles for us and made sure that we get the best cabs and drivers. They are very professional. You may sometimes feel that they are a little expensive. But the service they offer is par excellence.
I would advice all to use their services if in Sikkim next time.
