We decided to book our trip with Leisure India Holidays as they could accommodate the dates we required and prices were a lot cheaper than other companies. Amazing experience and great selection of hotels, food joints and activities! Quick Response on communications, Excellent and very professional company. I will book them again for my next trip !

We had a Char Dham Yatra planned with my Parent aged 75+ and 2 Kids 12- in the period 16th sept to 22nd Sept 2022.

2 Critical Things which matter in Yatra like Char Dham

1. Response of Travel Operator.....For us it was 5 out of 5. You will always find some hickups... what you need someone to listen and resolve it for you.... Himanshu bhai you were bang on it.....thanks for sorting out the smallest issues like getting the clothes dried up at hotel while sitting in Jaipur.......

2. When you ask something ... there has to be patience from travel operator and generally as guest you dont like to listen NO for anything.......again Himanshu Bhai 5 out of 5 on this.... he never said no for anything

Overall it was superbly and smooth travel for us.

Thanks leisure holiday for making this trip memorable specially for the parents. It was there dream to do char dham which you have made successful.

Himanshu was awesome!! Excellent service, was always very responsive and provided us with very knowledgeable guides, and not to forget Rajesh, our transportation helper. So kind and generous with his time and patient. He was ready to drive is even late at night.
Hotels were exceptional and breakfast outstanding!!

Booked Char dhaam yatra package for my parents and their friends.
Received Excellent and prompt services from Leisure India holidays. All the hotels were very nice and the trip was well planned.

We have used LIH for four visits to India. The first time a package and the others were tailor made for us. Never a problem, always a pleasure.

Good tour, took us everywhere we needed around the golden traingle (agra, jaipur and delhi). Very good communication to close the package and, overall, reasonable price, good drivers and good guides. They were flexible with time and with our needs (if we want to overstay somewhere or skip any place). Hotels they selected were also very good.

Some guides were very good (like the ones in Jaipur), some not that much (Agra or Delhi, for example), but overall good experience.

Just align beforehand how many people or guides will be involved in the tour as you are expected to tip all the time and that can easily add up and becomes very expensive.

They do not understand luxury travel, whilst they pretend to do this. Expect no detail planning to be done for you. Advance purchase of site tickets, ensuring good seating on flights, are all standards in luxury tour arrangers. These guys don’t get any of that. I had to pay 700 usd cash for my family as the agent messed up our flight tickets for a domestic flight. He refused to refund this and brushed off any responsibility. We also had to pay extra cash of 100 usd to get a good gate at ranthambore. Our agent booked us the worse gate for they time of year. Without us doing so, we would not have seen any tigers.

No remorse, not even an understanding of what he had done wrong.

After we paid him advance, the agent stopped replying to emails. He said he would call. I was already worried and kept asking for an email reply. At the end he never replied on email.

Guide was rubbish in Agra. No knowledge and only wanted us to buy things for comission. He kept saying he had to feed his family!

If you’re looking for someone to book your hotels and a car, then use them. Otherwise look elsewhere.

I’m an American who had not booked previously with LIH and was very pleased with their services. I visited Agra, Delhi and many different places in Rajasthan.

My driver, Ashok, was very skilled. He knew all the many cities we visited like the back of his hand. No Google Maps required. He suggested a number of additional stops that really added to the trip. Ashok also knew good places to stop along the way for food and a rest stop. The guides were fine too and knowledgeable English speakers.

LIH picked very good hotels. Indeed, the only that I didn’t like was the one that I selected over their suggestion. Price was fair too.
