Laxmi Travels Pali

I personally traveled pali to jaipur 2 time in laxmi ac bus .Bus is very super clean. Lighting is very nice.

They dont understand traveller's medical problem and dont provide true information.
They (i.e Laxmi travel,Pali Marwar, Rajasthan) booked my ticket in other travel even though it was asked whether it is their bus only or booking in other service. They told it is their bus only and it was also told that the traveller is injured but they booked my ticket in rajan travel ac bus which seats are short in length, worst, unhygienic and conjured

Dont ever choose this i.e. laxmi travel or travel in rajan travel ac bus service.

This travel is located near the New Bus stand Pali.....
Provide travelling service from the Pali ✌️

Absolutely pathetic service. Me and my friend were travelling from Pune to Pali, Rajasthan. The bus stopped at 7:30 am in Mesana and the driver said there is some issue with the bus and some other bus would be sent shortly. A few minutes or an hour is understandable, but 5 HOURS!!! is just not acceptable. We were waiting in scorching heat in middle of nowhere, no hotels, no shops, no washrooms, nowhere to go to and rest, just 1 tea stall. My friend got critically ill and was about to faint. When I called the agent from the Laxmi travels office, he started speaking rudely to me saying since you have waited 4 hours already why is it such a big deal to wait sometime longer and shut the call. After waiting for 5 hours, we got a bus which wasnt sleeper class, and even after insisting so many times to stop at a good place to freshen up and have lunch, the driver stopped for lunch at a very unhygienic place with no sanitation and edible looking place to dine in.
When asked for refund, he says we arranged a bus, now why do you want it?
Extremely tiring, no professional service, no hearing of customer demands and very bad crisis management.
