The worst of experience while travelling from Alwar to Jhunjhunu district, I was given a word that there won't be any problem regarding seat arrangement and inconvenience. In behror my seat was replaced with another person having booking ticket. I have approached your travels office in Alwar even when the tickets were available
They didn't provided ticket saying that the bus goes empty till Ganganagar don't worry. I believing in your official boarded the bus. The situation just changed in next 20 minutes. It was a experience that i wont swallow, will definitely make a consumer complaint. Recommend all of you not to choose Vijay travels. It's very unfortunate that how you trouble passengers, just for making money u put in people like animals. This was my last trip with your travels, discouraging and shameful

Very poor bus service staff is not good they are not responsible for bus late, bus cancellation

I rated it in very good catagory. You got drive no after booking. I travelled BHIWADI to Kanpur by this. Bus was 30 minutes late. You can't track Bus location online. You have to call to driver.
Otherwise nice.

Vijay tour and travels alwar infront of Military Hospital Alwar.
Office service is good their behavior is nice. They listen our problem.
But in bus the bus was not cleaned. The mobile charging point inside the bus are not in working condition. All charging point is useless. Some AC points are defective.
There is no Wifi service inside the bus.

Bus is overcrowded .even booked sleeper other person will sot on your sleeper and even after complain no one hear / solve the issue.
Frustrating experience

Unfriendly staff...false information provided by agent...in the name of non stop bus they wont allow you pee..nor they stoped anywhere for meal...n above all this they commit a bus from one place to other but make you change the bus in transit. Worst exeprience ever.
