Very bad experience. Boarded 11 pm bus from Sri Ganganagar to chandigarh. First of all the bus started late and the seats which I booked had broken AC vents. I couldn't sleep the whole journey and had to cover my head and face to avoid catching cold.
Pathetic service and customer support. Bus even broke down in the starting of the journey which conveys that these guys don't even check the defects in the bus and disregard safety of the passengers.

I am not recommending this to anyone.

Good morning services and clean buses,. Sleeper and seats both available

Booked a double sleeper at 3pm and had to cancel it due to some unfortunate reasons at 5:30pm. But when i called for cancel ,the staff denied and asked to wait if the same sleeper was booked by other passengers as when i booked they called it last sleeper to book. i called again at 8:22pm for information about cancellation or next day seat booking for same .they again asked to call at departure time which was around 11pm.I waited again and called again at 11:22pm but there was no response .Then,i called again in morning next day,they asked me to come/call me in evening after7pm as the night duty staff knows all about last night bookings.
I reached at 8:30pm the same day(next day of booking) and they denied refund of money and also booking of other seat for same day.
I feel cheated .This was so inhuman behaviour by staff and when asked for contact of upper level staff,they provided me a number which was found a wrong number from other side,when i called in front of them.They again told me to come next day 10pm . But i can't go because i have to go to my place.
This is so rude,inhuman, unprofessional and unfair treatment by rajpreet travels as neither i was able to travel on that paid sleeper nor i was granted my money back (refund) nor granted any other sleeper for next day.
So sad about the loss,and cursing them all.

Today i am editing the review after some months because after many repeated calls and contact from main owner/manager of the bus service,i got my money refunded with some deductions..and a long wait. Such a long and hectic journey of refund 😅

Bus usually stops for almost 10 times in my whole trip to add more and more passengers @ bargain fare pf tickets they just made trip nonstop to local

Very rude staff. I travelled from Chandigarh to Ganganagar in AC coach. During the whole journey, there was no ventilation in the bus. Passengers were super annoyed and had arguments with driver as well but he didn't do anything. Both Driver and conductor were quite rude. Time to find a better option.

Staff behavior is very very very bad.....plz don't travel in this bus......traveling before I consult to conductor for seat and he say yes ....then I gives money ...and after 15 mnt he say ...this seat are book ...you stand up in gallery......I argue with driver and conductor ...return my money..bot not paid...and..say return policy not here ..you put down from bus...the conductor are very very very very bed
...so plz🙏🙏🙏 don't travel in this bus....Jaipur to bikaner night bus...8 pm from chomupuliya
