Very bed experience in AC sleeper coach...
I am travelled in thar travells in Ac coach, 4 to 5 times but i have face many difficulties at every time like bus are not air suspension, lower birth sleeper coach curten not close, back side of bus not comfertabl for slipping due to high bumping and noise of bus. This is condition of AC bus of this travells. I suggest dont ride in this travells buses, use anither option..

If negative rating is available, I'd certainly give it a negative 5 star (-5). They run AC delux buses like local bus. People sleep on the floor, heavily crowded bus and staff behaviour is a nightmare.

Horrible bus service.. Never travel even in the ac buses
People were stuffed into the buses and the bus floor were full of people sleeping.
It's was a nightmare travel.......

Horrible service, they allows local people even for 30-40kms, Charges for AC bus but was not working, driver stops at 12.00AM for dinner only for his personal benefit despite 10-15 hotels left behind at early timing. . ..

This travel agency is worst. They don't even have proper A/c in buses. What's the point in charging for an A/c bus when these are non A/c. And staff is also not even listening to the problem. He says, sir the bus will go like this only. If you want you can leave. I think this should not take place. I hope anyone who read this comment will not book ticket with this travel agency.

Worst people ... i booked a ticket from baroda to barmer with 5 bag of luggage for which I already spoke to head office people and he told me luggage no issue there is no charge for that then They charge us 1000 that by driver.. when I call the office person he just disconnect the call without clearing the conflict. Try to avoid these kinds of company who doesn't value their words.

Worst travel agency.
The staff, driver and bus conductor all will play with you for seats, reservation.
The bus staff takes over extra passanger and then the person who already booked the sleeper ticket got no seat, he has to manage smwhere to travel.

Always avoide journey by THAR TRAVELS. Ticket for AC but there is no Ac,driver and bus conductor take chages for for lower but then shift in the last seat. Bus stops everywhere, reached 5, hrs late.
