Worst transport service ever faced. Should never travel with this travel service. Fake promises, no AC in AC buses from mount Abu to Ahmedabad, stops multiple times in short period, charges high for AC buses with no AC and any ventilation in buses,rude and arrogant drivers and most pathetic driving. Definitely won't reach your destination on time if you ever go by the fake promises of this travels.

Good customer service, suggestive, on time, very kind at their service they act according to our wish , reliable though there were some issues with the bus which we hired they provided a kind driver

Worst service and worst driver of Rajasthan travel ever seen that driver doesn’t know how to behave with passengers and more of then with ladies he was harassing passengers never recommend anyone so rude .

Rude staff with poorest customer service. There are many better providers in Mount abu. They enjoy the location being closest to the bus stand that gives them high visibility.

Hotels can give better service as they have tie ups and ensure you have better experience.

Mount abu to surat by bus approx. 10 hour.

Worst service, rude staff, bus started 1 hour late, even though you want to travel with this traveller, please book it from Any online site because they manipulate your seat arrangement as they wanted to have their local preference to be seated.
Because when I booked a seat from online I booked it from my choice but the driver tried to lie saying this was not our seat, thankfully we had our proof

1. Not provide end to end sleeping bus service, they drop us at abu road n then from abu rd they provide sitting bus, at thé return tym so much wait for sleeping bus on road.
2. So much passengers in passage area n cabin, we are not able to walk with luggage’s, we hve to request them to take a side so we can able to put our luggage,

3. Ruff driving n rude behaviour of drivers.

4. They stop at local dhaba for dinner so u can not able to take any food from thr.

Worst of the worst, please don't book anything from them. Consider yourself lucky if you are reading this before booking. If there were an option of 0 stars I would have done it. DONT book anything from here..
