Cheaper tickets are available online. They charge 200 Rs extra even when whole bus is empty. The behaviour is getting bad and bad with time. Sometimes we have to cancel tickets but they don't cancel them and ask for money. Then why should anyone book from them? Better book from redBus, Paytm or AbhiTravel. I hope they realise how important is behaving with the customer.
