Everything is OK but what they say thay not doing that I book ticket from udaipur to Bhuj direct bus but thay stop at gandidham and after I have to change bus and it's very horrible...

Just waiting in Udaipur for last half an hour but no staff is telling about dep of bus viz either late, problem or etc. It should be duty of Traveller to update the passengers but they do not take any pain. Still after elapsing of 30 minutes of schedule time, no sign of departure & whereabout of bus.

They are the worst bus service provider..don't ever trust this agency. We were a group of 3 girls traveling from udaipur to ajmer which takes approximately 6 hours...we wanted a comfortable journey so we booked in AC sleeper bus...they took 1500 rupees for a group of three people. For 30 minutes the journey was okay...but after that the driver started taking passengers on the way and the people started taking our seats making our journey pathetic...we tried contacting the owner but he said he didn't know anything and it must be the driver's fault. In short the owner didn't do anything inspite of our repeated calls. It's quite clear that the bus agency are equally responsible as the driver. So my advice is to never opt for this bus agency.

This travel is "cheating travel agency" I cancel my ticket before 21 hours nd they cut cancellations charges nd say there is no refund of ur ticket nd talking way of employee is so worst they say we can't do anything nd talk to other person 👿👿👿👿👿👿

bus service is good but today morning when i i went to collect my parcel at the reti stand office i saw the parcel was being thrown away while unloading from vehicle..i complained about that, those guys started trolling me and started saying bad things and one person even abused me..well to be honest i always preferred this bus service for going to bikaner but today those workers misbehaved and abused with me which is not tolerable.. probably the worst staff I've ever seen....we pay you guys for the transportation of our parcels..its its not a free service understand that.. won't recommend to anyone cause the staff is very aggressive and behaved like they don't care about anything..
remember that you abuse your customer for no reason,you don't have the knowledge to run a successful business.

My experience was oky...went to bikaner, perfect timing and staff good.

Very very bad experience.... journey medta to udaipur...bed seat ...to much late...I don't want journey by nandu travel.....very wrost....😡😡🤬😏😏

Very bad , and totally unsupported person at office in udaipur,
They are not supporting customers.
