Made us wait on the road mid night with family and provided no assistance when talked to owner that we have ladies and children with us and there are wine shop and bar plz provide accommodation owner Mr Shyam talked rudely saying vahi khade raho phone rakho.
Worst service don't take shreenath travels they will make your family wait on roads midnight.

Poor taxi services, booked a cab for Udaipur site seeing from Nathdwara . Out of the 12 so called places promised we were taken out for barely 3. For half of the places they will say ‘thats old city go by auto ‘. And for rest they will say cabs are no entry which is not true at 3pm .all they do is manipulate.
Its not our first time in Udaipur. But this is the worst experience from a taxi cab services.

Pathetic bus service. Choose this travel agency if you don't have any other option.

Bus was 50 mins late ,but they were not having details of bus driver etc.and were not taking responsibility for bus.
