Lake City Travels

Never prefer lake city travels. They are the worst service providers. The seats and bus is stinking and the bus stopped at too many places and delayed by 3hrs which resulted in missing my train. The staff is very arrogant.They almost stopped the bus at every service road like a local bus. The fare they give is not worth it at all. This is purely on my worst experience with them. RJ 27 PC 1100.Udaipur to Ahmedabad.

The bus was stinking and even the seats were not clean. The whole experience was awful and the staff does not know how to talk properly as they were very rude. Even the route was so uncertain and the bus was making too many stops with people literally sleeping on the bus floor and 4 people in double sleeper section. It makes you question your safety. The stop that bus made for break was a totally isolated place. Would never recommend travelling with lakecity travels.

Very Bad Behaviour by Conductor in 0009 bus from Udaipur to Ahmedabad...... Conductor is smoking in bus regularly......

I had booked a ticket from booking office but in the bus they were frequently changed my seating area... When i denied then The conductor said that he was doing me a favor while sitting in the bus......

Worst behaviour.......never book my tickets in this type of buses and travels agency where no scope of Customer Satisfaction........

The buses are not Clean. The Bus Operater will let so many people sit on the passage way. And even won't co-operate.

Horribble Bus Service .
My appeal to everyone traveling and red bus company please stop working with such horrible company. 3rd grade buses and abnoxious staff.

Booked seats from udaipur to jaisalmer, when we booked they said us first seat but in reality when we took bus they gave us last seat. They cheated us,
i would not recommend to book journey from here, also try to check the bus as well
the price we paid which is 1400 per seat for ac supplier is not worthy with the bus condition they provided,
They provided us soda travel bus for this journey.

Lackcity travels bus service from Jaipur to Ahmedabad is Third class...
We Dipart from Jaipur at 9.30 am on 25/12/22
And still 7.48 pm We can't reach at udaipur.
10 hr timinng but we can't reach at udaipur
My ticket is From Jaipur to Ahmedabad
I think we'll reach Ahmedabad at 3 Am on 26/12/22
Total timing from Jaipur to Ahmedabad is17 30 hr
And lack city is based on agent booking.
I speak on lack city travels udaipur office but he tell that We have not suggest you to travels in our bus

My date of journey is 25/12/22

The worst bus ever. No punctuality of time ,not good service to the customer,really worst experience ever, do prefer other bus .
