Worst expirience ever, Bus was already late but staff doesnt give a damn about that and driver is fighting at toll since last 20 min even after being late by more than 2 hours. Very rash driving stopping the bus again and again and drinking. I wish i could reach safely to my home. This was my first and last time with raj lakshmi travels.. i had seen reviews and i could say nothing has changed even after other reviews . But i wish the oerator will see and take some action to improve their service. And please request all not to travel with these guys.

Booked from Jaipur to Gurgaon. Bus was 1 hour late. When I asked the bus conductor I have a booked seat Online and he replied there isnt any online booking for this bus. There were few other passengers who suffered the same thing.

I tried contacting Rajlaxmi office number. But its fake number written there and when you will call it will say its invalid number.

WORST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BOOK THIS AGENCY EVER.

This is fraud company never book ticket of this travel company. Bus are so dirty and uncomfortable. Rajasthan roadways buses are good in comparison of this. Bus staff behavior is very bad. Bus run 3 hr late. Please ban this fraud travel company on redbus,yatra,travel yari etc. Horrible experience. Very bad. They are cheater.

Worst bus service travelled from jaipur to indore ain bus departing at 3.30 in afternoon the driver didn't have ways to talk. They also didnot stop for dinner in the whole journey till 12.00 in night. Called their office and they also said that bus will not stop. NO ONE IS READY TO LIATEN TO COMPLAIN.

Bus was Good but, The Driver of the Bus was behaving Rude when I requested him to not to take the flyover bridge as my stop was below the flyover bridge, but he argued with me that "utarna h to utar warna aage lekr chala jaunga " Is this a way to talk to a passenger?
I said every buses halt below the flyover bridge he then replied "agli baar dusri bus me aana".

How could he behave like this?

Driver hai to Driver ki aukaat me rahe, bus ka malik banne ki koshish na kare.

Such an Mannerless irresponsible Careless Rude Driver due to him I had to walk 1KM as on 5:00 AM in the morning.

I Travelled from Kapasan to Virar (Bhilwara-Mumbai Route Bus).

Departure (Kapasan) - 1:30 AM 5/7/2019
Arrival at my stop (Virar) - 5:00 AM JUL 5/7/2019.

Note- Please don't appoint such Bus's Staff because due to their Carelessness The name of the Travel Agency does gets affected.

Fraud Company. Pathetic, worst experience. Will never recommend Rajlaxmitravel agency, new Ashok travels. Tried calling 25-30 times on all the available numbers (even website numbers) but Nobody was picking up the phone.
No response, no information on Bus arrival, bus details, nothing.
waited for minutes, then have to take another bus. No refund, nothing.

Worst service. Sleeper bus book karayee, but bitha diye malgadi me. Please don't book your trip from here.
