Shrinath Travel Agency- Bus Services/Car Hires/Bus Hires

Service is ok but be careful with timings of bus. My bus departed 30 minutes before the scheduled time without any intimation. Otherwise the punctuality is good for arrivals and cleanliness of buses is satisfactory. The fares are a bit high online than offline.

Worst experience 0 star. Bad service & staff. Fully loaded bus with cargo.
Not space for luggage. Ek dum gatiya service thi.

The worst experience, the bus was different, the staff was rude, the hygiene was very bad.
And one time they booked the ticket for the bus of shrinath but sent to the jhakkar travels.
Seriously don't go there instead take some other bus operator.

I am requesting shrinath travel agency to change my travel date or cancel for today trip but he is denying. But many other travel agency change date or refund money. But I simply requesting to change trip date. Bcz today I got a urgent call so unable to travel.
Is this your business behavior ?
I have paid money in advance it not mean you have right to bother a passenger.

Buses are comfortable. All drivers are nice and good behaviour. At my travel time, ashok ji was driver and bus was late due to screwed, but they handled is good way and nice behavior. At Bikaner office laxmanji/madan ji very supportive. 1 star less due to bus screwed.

Clean and nice place to sit. There wasn't proper attention given to the customer who has some queries. Agents are busy booking the tickets. Request attention to the customer queries as well to have them feel being answered properly.

Please i urge everybody to not take the buses.
I recently traveled with them and
1. The AC bus worth ₹800 don't have a blanket or a necessary amount of cleanliness.
2. The conductor and drive are very rude and rash.
3. The bus was 1 hr late.
They are frauds. Be aware.
