Worst travel journey with this travels
My bus timing was of 3.25 and i waited on the boarding point till 5 and then bus came.
Worst bus condition i have ever seen, their was no charging points in the bus ac was like 90s bus and seat quality are so solid my neck hert like heel.
Also contacted the owner at Kota he said ki mujhe phone nahi kro main bus nahi chala rha. Worst travels

The bus didn't show up. We have booked ticket via redbus app from Jaipur to kota, but the bus didn't show up. Neither the bus driver pickup up the call, nor the Bus Agency Operator pickup up the call. We kept waiting for 3 hours, and the bus didn't show up.

I will suggest to never ever travel with Nama travels. Supporting staff not listening any problems, bus is break down near manesar since 06:00 AM but not mechanic have came to repair untill 09:00 AM.

Bad staff behaviour, dirty bedsheet, between kota to jaipur bus stopped around 10 times, public sleeping in corridor you can not go out, rude staff, overall very bad experience.

Worst bus service ever.Did not come on time.I was to board it from delhi at 10pm but arrived at 12:30am.Driver never picks up the call.They call it AC bus but it is worse then a local roadways bus.Never travel in this bus agency.

Very much bad behaviour. Not information about pick point.
This is my 1st traveling with nama travels and this is last.
